Terms and Conditions

Deposit for bed and breakfast:

We charge 25% of the total accommodation price as a down payment, with a minimum of the price of one night per room. This amount must be transferred to our Dutch bank account: NL80 INGB 0006 2339 34 in the name of PHM van den Berge – Klerken e/o M van den Berge or to our French account FR76 1950 6400 0028 1374 8319 127 in the name of Madame Petronella van den Berge.
Your reservation is final once we have received the deposit. We use a payment term of 7 days, if we have not received payment within this term, the reservation will be canceled.

Payment:
Upon arrival you pay the remainder of the accommodation price. We will pay for any further food and drinks upon your departure. You can only pay in cash or by bank transfer. We do not have the option to pay by debit card or credit card.

Gîte deposit:
We charge 25% of the total accommodation costs as a down payment for the gîte. The total amount of the accommodation must be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. This amount must be transferred to our Dutch bank account: NL80 INGB 0006 2339 34 in the name of PHM van den Berge – Klerken e/o M van den Berge or to our French account FR76 1950 6400 0028 1374 8319 127 in the name of Madame Petronella van den Berge. Arrival:
Arrival at the Chambres d'hôtes or Gîte is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If the trip unexpectedly goes faster or slower than planned, please give us a call.

Departure:
To prepare the rooms or gîte for the next guests, we ask you to vacate the room before 11:00 am.
